Council to evict Camp Cuckoo protestors

By Rachel Charman Southend Borough Council was today granted an order of possession to evict the Camp Cuckoo protestors. The decision was reached at a High Court hearing in the Strand, London. The Council has been awarded limited costs. Nine of the Camp Cuckoo protestors appeared in court.
