Two of the three main parties launched online campaigns this week as Labour officially published its manifesto for the 2010 General Election.
Both videos have a strong emphasis on family and community.
Labour’s online offering focuses on a cartoon video available via YouTube and the Labour Party website, in a bid to echo the online success of the Conservative campaign.
Meanwhile the Conservatives have launched a video of party leader David Cameron in which he invites the electorate to become part of the ‘Big Society’. In a bid to create a viral video campaign, the Conservatives have emailed the video out to all supporters and ask them to pass it on.
