As part of a series of improvements, Southend Borough Council contractors will carry out roadworks in various locations over the Easter break.
There will be off-peak lane closures on Manners Way on 13th and 14th April, with one lane closed between 9.30am and 3.30pm to allow EDF and Virgin Media to lay ducts north of the zebra crossing.
National Grid Gas and Cable & Wireless began work this week relocating ducts withint he north footway on Prince Avenue and Priory Crescent, which have disrupted footways but not roads.
On Wednesday 14th, BT will begin work to relocate ducts within the west footway on Victoria Avenue between Earls Hall Avenue and Earls Hall Parade, between 9.30am and 3.30pm within a lance closure.
Tonight and tomorrow night lanes will be closed as part of the Progress Road Junction Improvement scheme.
One lane will be closed in each direction at the junction of The Fairway and the A127 as EDF and BT lay ducts across the A127 east of the Fairway between 8pm and 6.30am on both nights
